I have heard a little about it. I may go download it to check it out.

i used it for a little bit and its not too bad! i mean its ok but i rather different!

what is ubuntu ultimate 1.4?? last i heard they made server edition of some 8.xx version...please can you enlight on this thing a bit more?

I tried installing Ubuntu on my laptop but obviously it failed, just tried loading and kind of freezed in the middle of the loading bat. Ubuntu is a very sleek operating system and I'd love to use it but as I say before, all my programs arent compatible with Ubuntu / Mac OSX but I'd love to switch to one of them - at least they arent RAM hoggers unlike Vista is .
