I prefer XP over all others but I have not tried Vista yet.
I will not use it unless I get a new computer and find its better than XP.

want to try vista but my hardware doesnt support it..i mean it does but its too slow so shifted back to xp. will be installing once i upgrade.

Why haven't you selected options for Linux and Mac? Any how, I use Windows Vista - extremely sleek design but requires high resources indeed. By the way, there's now SP3 for XP, not required service pack but I think its just an underlying update.
I use windows XP SP-2 .I find it is more reliable then the earlier version of windows in terms of security . It has defult firewalls installaiotn on to the computer.
