Does anyone know of any good graphics software that is relatively low cost or free? I have been a long time user of Photoshop but with prices so high these days I don't really want to pay the steep price that they are demanding for it, especially since I really don't use the large majority of the features that come with the program. I use little more than the standard tools and filters. The rest of the functionality is just overkill for me.

This is a nice forum. Mostly person are easy to use the graphics software and easy to buy a chip and best graphics software. So people are easy to handle.
