If you like do some thing about your photos, if yes, I think you need photoshop, but most PS software ( free ones) could not work well for me.
So if any one can help me and refer some good PS software for free ? thanks.

photoshpo for me! never used paint.net
pd does everything for me..and now i find it quiet simple...

No. photoshop doen't worked for me as much as I expected in terms of photo.
